- Background—People attract—and are attracted to—others of similar background. This natural magnetism is so strong that organizations that value diversity have to fight against it. There is strength in diversity. It is the foundation for small business growth. Who are you attracting?
Intangibles of People You Attract
- Energy—It’s a good thing that people with similar levels of energy are attracted to one another. If you are a low energy owner and need high energy people this can be a difficult challenge. Again, who are you attracting?
- Giftedness—I like this one a lot. People are attracted to talent and excellence and are most likely to respect and follow one who possesses their kind of talent. Are you attracting gifted people?
